Special November Event
For Our Valued Clients

 

As a thank you to our existing clients, we are hosting a special Vaccine Only Event on November 13th, 2021.

​

Only existing clients will be receiving an e-mail inviting them to this event, and the event is limited to the first 75 clients that sign up.

On October 26th, and 27th, we will be sending out our monthly reminder e-mails.  In these e-mails there will be a special contact e-mail that can be used to sign up for this event.

​

SOWHAT IS THIS EVENT?
This is a special Prepaid Vaccination Only Event.  For our existing clients that are interested, we will be offering services without having to go online and pay the ten dollar appointment fee, and get seen sooner.  

​

This event is for healthy, well behaved, pets that do not require an examination.  There will be just the simplest cursory exam performed, so no health concerns will be addressed.  We will only be offering vaccines and heartworm testing.

WE WILL NOT BE PERFORMING ANY OTHER SERVICES

(i.e. nail trims, anal gland expression, surgery, medication pickups, food pickups, or any other services, will NOT be performed at this event)

THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 3 VACCINATIONS (or two vaccinations and heartworm testing) 

In order to maximize this event, we want to get as many vaccinations done as possible, so we are limiting this to pets that need multiple vaccinations and/or heartworm testing.

HOW WILL THIS ALL WORK?

​

1.)  All clients that e-mail us at the special contact e-mail provided, must provide us a phone number.

​

2.)  We will call you and determine exactly what services you would like and/or need.

​

3.)  We will give you a time frame (we will be putting everyone into 15 minute time slots). 

We are filling all time slots in chronological order, so sign up early to get the first slots.

​

4.)  We will then send you an electronic invoice for the services.

​

5.)  You will have 48 hours to pay the electronic invoice or your spot will be forfeited. 

If you do request a spot for a second time, and don't pay that second invoice within 48 hours, we will not be offering any additional chances during this event.

​

6.)  Once you have paid your invoice, you are all set!

​

When you arrive on the day of the event, we'll have a specially marked area where you'll be greeted in the parking lot by one of our Staff Members who will get your information.  When it is your turn, you will bring your pet up to the patio, and another member of our staff will take your pet inside, and perform whatever services you signed up for.  Then your pet will be returned to you on the patio.  No clients are allowed into the building during this event.

ONLY PET'S WHOSE NAME APPEARS IN THE E-MAIL WILL BE SEEN AT THIS EVENT, AS THIS IS SOLELY FOR PATIENTS WE HAVE SEEN BEFORE
