24 hours prior to your pet's surgery, please print your Presurgical Instructions and Surgery Release forms. Please bring the Surgery Release form with you. You may download the form by clicking the PDF link below:

FOR MOST ALL SURGERIES, WE ARE BOOKING 3-4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE
All pets must have pre-surgical lab work done prior to being put onto our dental schedule. We required a comprehensive chemistry panel and a CBC. This lab work may be done during a standard appointment.
